First, you remember that I told you guys I initially bought the Harachair. This has been an excellent idea as gradually I was able to sit all day, without any pain in the pelvis (all day means like 8h+).
After "fixing" this problem, I still had this weird feeling at the end of my penis , especially after urinating and the golf ball sensation in the rectum. Eventually it would go away but sometimes it would not.
So I decided to start exercising each morning before starting my day. This would include simply 50 situps followed by squatting completely down (with my kneed fully bent) 30 times. Moreover, during the day, I would repeat this squatting exercise 3-4 times for a total of about 100 squats a day.
After about 2 weeks, the "golf ball in the butt" feeling totally disappeared and I was left only with this sensation at the tip of the penis after urinating.
About 2 months ago, I went to see this chiropractor which found that my pelvic bones were not aligned properly. He basically fixed this problem (I had trouble keeping my balance when standing on my left leg but not anymore) and told me that my pelvis muscles were loose. That surprised me because the common wisdom is that those muscles are supposedly too tight in CPPS. Anyway, he told me that to fix that, I should simply start jogging regularly. So I kept doing all those morning exercises I was doing plus I added a 10km run to my routine each morning and a half-marathon each Sunday morning.
I have been running like that now for a few weeks (I feel running like Forrest Gump!) and really the pain, the sensation in the penis, the urine flow, etc., everything is nearly perfect, at least to a point that is not bothering me at all and stop thinking about it.
I also restarted drinking coffee (which seemed to worsen my condition before) and it did not cause and flare ups. Note also that I never stop drinking alcohol during this period.
This will make you laugh (some may remember this too) but farting also just sound right!
So if you haven`t tried jogging yet, give it a try! I believe all problems can be fixed if you find a way to activate those pelvis muscles through exercising like jogging. Simply doing TP massage might not be enough imho.
