Testicle retraction and pain

Last night during pre-ejaculation. my right testicle ascended up into my body. it came back down and most of the pain was gone after an hour. But today there is still a dull ache. Is it normal for the pain to go on for this long ?

I wouldn't be concerned sometimes the pain lasted for days or weeks. If you try not to be concerned and relax, have a hot bath and maybe some light streaching it helps a lot.

A lot of people experience long-term flares after sex.

Ok, I'm just worried because I haven't had a flareup from sex in 6 months, after 1 1/2 years of trigger point therapy I only have 4 trigger points left out of about 30. the pain decreased today but after I had sex again it flared back up

. I dont think its trigger point related because all of them feel about the same as painful. maybe I just was having sex too hard and am still sore ?

i've figured out the cause. I have three trigger point in my lower abdominals right side. Its because I sit at a computer desk that divides at the right at an angle with a divider in way of my leg. So I'm sitting twisted for long periods of time..beside causing a lot of pain in my genitals I have lot of urinary problems now.

OK I filled out my signature. Help me pls Its not getting any better, so I try to push the spots on my left side and they just hurt were I thought there were trigger points. I was just pushing on spots were the nerve hurt . There's not any trigger point correlation to the pain. Its been 2 weeks now and not getting any better. Sex flares up the pain so i've been avoiding it.. My right testicle feels "heavy". its tender to the touch, and it feels a little "rough", or like its full of fluid".

Is it possible I have an infection ? I'm getting really worried now..

I have been diagnosed with kidney stone for months now. Its possible that thats the cause of of the testicle pain? Wouldn't the abdomen hurt first ?? I'm thinking that I have epididymitis again, because the pain is in the back of the testicle before.. but it was in both testicles before.. Can you have epididymitis in only one testicle ?

Kidney stone symptoms include pain in the genitals, including testicles. However, your symptoms are more typical of CPPS. To be safe, have any kidney stones treated.

You should be carefully evaluated by a urologist for other conditions including epididymitis, such as orchitis, epididymal cyst, spermatocele, varicocele, and testicular Torsion.
