An interesting observation about IC

Post by elitynski »

I talked with my PT today who handles a lot of PFD and IC cases and they said that it was extremely common for people with IC to have IBS. In fact, the PT was saying that every case of IC they had seen the person also suffered from IBS.

I think that is very interesting since I know that some people self-diagnose w/ IC. They also said the pain was very common with IC as well.

It makes me wonder if some of the people who don't have some of these symptoms actually have IC especially since some of those people may self-diagnose or see numerous doctors and get conflicting diagnoses.

I hope some of you find this interesting - I did.

IBS (not IBD, BTW) is also correlated with CP/CPPS aka pelvic myoneuropathy.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
