trigger point area "golf ball"

Post by flump »

my main problem is I have the golf ball feeling it comes and goes through out the day, the sphincter is not so tight when i`m at rest but as soon as I do anything it locks up like a bitch! :x ....

any idea which T/P areas I should be looking at for this area?....i`ve been doing internal work with my partner for about 10 months and have been shown by a PT,just want to see if there's anywhere I'm missing or need to work on more.....i`ve recently found that when I press HARD on the lower ab area with the Theracane I get pain referred to the top part of my sphincter/deep in pelvis and the lower ab area is painful so think this is causing some of my problem

sphincter is T/P free i`ve worked these out but i`m pretty sure the ones inside the pelvis are controlling the sphincter as well as the lower ab ones as there's areas still sore/painful to touch (facing down would be 11`o clock and 2 o`clock

anyone who has got rid of this problem could you please tell me what areas helped

For me need to check at 9 and 3 o clock about 1/2 inch past the sphincter. This is the posterior levators. I also have found that I still have to work on the piriformis and even further back posterior levators. I do this by sitting on toilet inserting middle finger, stay up towards the tailbone, then move back to the left and get your finger in where your hip and groin would be connecting. You will be just about 1 inch left or right of the tailbone up above the prostate.

This was an area that Tim didn't work and I just found it last week and its helping a ton. When I release this I feel the sphincter loosen up without directly working the sphincter.

Good Luck,
