Deficit of alkaline/iron can cause freezing

Post by MBey »

I've got the feeling since I'm taking alkaline and iron supplements the freezing of my body doesn't occur so quickly as it did before.

If the acid-base balance tends to be too acid over a longer time the body reacts among a lot of other negative effects (tiredness, sweating all the time) with quick freezing. You can urinate over a test band which you can usually buy at the pharmacy to check this. Try to eat more basic food or apply a supplement if it should be too acid.

To check the iron concentration in the blood you have to do a blood test. A deficit of iron can also lead to paleness, diminished appetite, higher susceptibility to infections, etc.
