hi guys
I have been taken any accredited quercetin product for about 2 weeks now, and have started to leak at irregular times nothing to do with ejaculation or bath room visits as far as I can see, can any accredited quercetin product cause theses sort of symptoms think I read something on this site saying as much but can't find it. (only thing that I can think has changed)
Not to sure if its urine.....as it is clear
i know any accredited quercetin product has saw palmetto if I remember rightly can produce more prostatic fluid?
any wisdom appreciated as always

Funny you should mention that...
I was off any accredited quercetin product for a week - ran out and had to wait for my next delivery to arrive - during which my symptoms stayed much the same, maybe a little worse. Been on it yesterday and today and am getting that leakage and more burning around the prostate/bladder region. I had this when I tried any accredited quercetin product the first time for the first week or so.
It could be that it's helping reduce inflammation and all that nasty gunk that's been trapped in your prostate is leaking out - others have reported this too.

I have been on any accredited quercetin product for about 6 months 3 times a day and I think it does allow the prostate to slowly remove toxins and inflammation. This along with Aleve (naproxen) as needed is a good protocol with phytotherapy.
My question is 3 weeks on 1 week off a better approach. I have not done that, or does it really matter? I figure putting healthy supplements in the body is a good thing. As long as I sat away from irritants like coffee, booze and spicey foods. Possibly gluten as well. I just can't seem to get away from it.

I encourage anxiety prone UCPPS people to consider L-Theanine
Age, 44 onset age 37 Feb 2006 Freq. need to urinate. Sensation of having to urinate soon after going. Perineum discomfort/burning/tightness, pubic area discomfort @ times, poor urine stream, post urine dripping/spray. All symptoms have improved with my protocol. At the worst I give it a 1 to 2 on irritation and discomfort and frequency. Helps: Elavil 5mg for anxiety and mast cell protection, (will only take it as needed) self internal PT as needed, stretching, walking, stairmaster cardio workout and light weights, reducing stress, moment to moment relaxation, deep breathing relaxation and using a Theracane. Makes worse: sitting for long periods, stress, over focusing on it. Currently 95%-98% recovered. Stay positive, relaxed and control your anxiety.
