someone said that CP and CPPS's symptoms are aggravated for young people because of the greater libido.
recently, I have read a chinese paper (pubmed) which explain that sexual dysfunction is more (wide-)spread in young men with CP/CPPS than in old men with CP/CPPS.
this paper say also that sexual dysfunction is negatively correlated with the age of patents but positively correlated with the duration of the CP/CPPS
what do you think about this?
does libido power increase symptoms?

There seem to be two different directions of causality that you're referring to here:
(i) High libido -> worse chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms
There's a lot of evidence showing that sex or arousal can aggravate chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms, although we don't know exactly why it happens:

(ii) chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms -> sexual dysfunction
There is also evidence on this, although I don't have any papers handy.
Try this Google Scholar search.
