relaxation or muscle development ?

Post by jef »

I have heard about muscle development. I would like to have your advice on this. I don't feel that my pelvic floor is under tension. You will answer : " No beginner can feel it".

But here is my question: do you manage to separate the urinary moment from the defecation moment ? Personally I don't.

The argument of those who sell the pelvic floor development method is that : " the more it is developed, the more it has the ability to relax"

Hi jef,

Thanks for the post. Could you clarify what you mean by "muscle development", and how this connects to the "urinary moment" and the "defecation moment"? I'm not sure I follow.
Started: Spring 2003; high urinary frequency and pain associated with bladder filling; urinary hesitancy; pubic/prostate/perineal discomfort; Helped by: trigger point therapy, Afrin nasal spray, Cymbalta, hydrocodone (small doses), distraction. Makes worse: sex.

Not medical advice. Consult your doctor.

by "muscle development" I mean " body building or pelvic building through exercises like

- contract the bulbo sponngious muscl ... or others.

this exercises are presented in many websites which deal about premature ejaculation. when I was young, a friend of me told me about this sort of exercises to control ejaculation. and he told me to try to separate defecation from urination.
