I have read in another post that usually its the pain that goes first then the frequency, but since I started PT I seem to be able to control the frequency a bit better even when in a lot of pain.
But I think its just because I know now that I dont really need to go and so just sit and bear it. I've had around 10-15 sessions I guess and no marked difference, although I have so many external trigger points that I think its going to take some time.
How does it stop???

takes a lot of time. I've been at the SP in some form for 1 year or better, on the SP as trained at the clinic for about 5 mos. I've made progress, but any lengthy exerting activity causes lapses in me. And I'm an active guy by nature, hard to stop.
