Hey guys,
How many of you lot smoke? I have been using it as a form of trying to relax my pelvic floor a little but I have found that the more I smoke the more I want to pass a bowel movement which causes my pelvic floor to tighten up, I can feel it as I am smoking now..... Something I am going to have to give up if I want to beat this thing completely....
Have any others of you noticed this when smoking? I say this because I have a slightly sensitive bowel due to my Ulcerative Colitis.

Cheers Gary. Smoking is something I am going to put behind me. As it is I have only gone onto about 4-5 a day to try and relax me, but tis a bad thing.
And welcome to the site! In one way I wish you didn't have to find a place like this, but as you have chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome this is the best place to be for advice!
