Anybody here get fever when there symptoms flare up?

Post by Gav »

I wondered if any of you could let me know if when experience any type of fever in your symptoms.

I have found when my symptoms are at their very worst I come down with a fever and sweat heavily, especially overnight (to the point of waking up in what appears to be big patches of sweat running down my forehead and back.

This hasn't happened for a few weeks as I appear to have my symptoms under control at present with a few therapies I am trying out (not 100% sure if it will last thought), but I am still curious as to how many chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome sufferers get fever.
Age: 41 | Onset Age: 30 Symptoms Initially: Urine frequency, Rectal Pain, Bladder Pain, Penile Pain, Numb Inner Thigh Pain, Constipation, Fever. Symptoms now: None | Helped By: Resolution of phimosis /Elavil, Stretches. Worsened By: Stress Stress Stress!

Yes, when I'm experiencing a bad flare I often have chills and fever and have woke up in a sweat a number of times... this has also sometimes been accompanied by tingling in my extremeties or some pretty intense shaking...
44 years old. Chronic Prostatitis (onset age 38) for 6 years. In the midst of worst flare-up of my life. Tried all conventional methods without success. | Symptoms: Severe burning on tip of penis, burning between rectum and scrotum. Meds: Hytrin, Atavan, percocet (all at night). Natural Meds: Quercitin, Vitamin C and E and B Complex, Niacinimide, Salmon Oil, Garlic supplement, cranberry extract, concentrated liquid chlorophyll. | Helped By: warm baths, stretching, running. | Worsened By: not sure but suspect unhealthy eating, stress, negative thoughts.
