Ask for Samples
Here's a tip: when visiting your doctor, ask him/her for samples of antihistamines, as many brands as they have. Get enough for a week of each. Docs love to hand these things out. It's a cheap way for you to find the right antihistamine for you. Explain that you may need to switch a few times before you find one that's right for your CPPS.
