help with relaxation

Post by Ekulrengaw »

hi, I am new to this forum. please help. the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol talks about paradoxical relaxation. I have never heard of this before. I know that there is a series of about 30 tapes to assist people perform this type of relaxation. I am interested in finding out what other relaxation tapes/protocols members have found helpful. is there a muscle relaxation tape/cd that others use? thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

There's been a lot of posts (search facility at the top) and suggestions for alternative CD's, such as this one and also one.
