Constricted urethral opening cause of symptoms
The opening at the end of my penis stays halfway shut when urinating. It is always shut at the bottom and this way unless I strain to urinate and the constriction will open but it stays shut in the middle creating two streams. I know that some dissharge or after sex a sticky opening will stay shut but this constriction can be noticed by looking at the tip of my penis even when I am not urintating. I am wondering if this could be acting as a stricture and causing a backup of urine into my prostate causing my prostatitis?

I would have that looked at by a urologist. Definitely.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Yea I think I could be on to something. I played lacrosse and was hit on the tip of penis before, I think this needs to be dilated. Also I have prostate stones and am only 26. A Lot of Shoskes latest research has shown the elimination of these stones can help symptoms especially younger men who have them. THanks again.

Gotcha! I just didn't want to think you were self diagnosing yourself based on what you read on the internet. When this first happens to a person, thats easy to do, and jump to conclusions. I know I did!
I didn't know you could find evidence of stones from the expressed prostatic secretions?
