Two questions....
when you all speak of anxiety in your behavior of make-up what do you actually mean. I've always assumed I dont have this because I'm fairly outgoing, have to be in my career, but maybe I have this in other aspects....does it appear in all aspects of life or only social settings?
Also, dealing with the perineum have you guys found that internal massage or external works the best. I have not been able to push anywhere internally which released the perineum for me. But, when I push on the externally I can feel the muscle release or sometimes contract, then I work to uncontract it? Just wondering if there is an internal component to relaxing the perineum?
Thanks!

When I speak of anxiety I mean more stress than anything. Thankfully I've never felt down, truely anxious or depressed - but I know others have.scoobysnacks wrote:when you all speak of anxiety in your behavior of make-up what do you actually mean. External works best for me - but I do internal treatment was well but I don't press as hard or do as much when inside. Also, for me, I feel that I find distinct triggerpoints internally whilst externally I feel that I'm stretching chronically shortened muscles more. However, there are two really bad recuring triggerpoints that I can only get to by external treatment (and only now after months and months of external treatment to 'soften' and stretch the muscles enough to get to them.scoobysnacks wrote:Also, dealing with the perineum have you guys found that internal massage or external works the best.
