Your thoughts.....

Post by scoobysnacks »

I believe I have found the best self treatment for me...when time permits...

1) bath where I massage the perineum, push and hold, you can feel the muscles release, its odd.
2) Out of bath internal massage of sphincter. This is the only thing I can feel in there that is tender. I do three things that help in this regard. One I push down like trying to defecate, slightly, while I move my middle finger in a circular motion. Without the pushing down I can't get the thing to relax. By pushing down slightly it seems the sphincter gets very soft a pliable. Finally I work the clock stopping at each time interval so to speak to push for at least 30 seconds, I can feel the sphincter further release when I do this. Problem is when I stop it usually wants to spring back on me.
3) Take Thera Cane and massage the right buttocks....

My question is this....when my sphincter and perineum feel tight I also get an urge to bring in my right leg by tensing my buttocks. I'm not sure which came first. Any thoughts on what muscles to work on in regards to this issue.....

Thanks!
