The less I drink, the less I pee, the less I feel like I have to go, etc.

Hydration

Post by sam5935 »

Staying well hydrated seems to help my urinary symptoms greatly. Although I don't have to pee more, my stream is full and I feel like I can empty my bladder. Also, my urologist said that most of his patients that he has diagnosed with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome seem to do better when drinking lots of fluids. He said he doesn't know why this is the case, but it seems to be.

My case is similar to texas'. I avoid drinking a lot of liquid so that I'm not chained to the toilet.

My initial reaction was to slow down on the water, then last month I developed kidney stones.

After that, I choose the water.

If you are not going to hydrate, you should really take a magnesium supplement to help avoid the kidney stones.
