One day, I would like to write everything I learned so far. But now I'd prefer to focus on one thing that brought me to this forum again.
Since everything started , I had ED problems that were very well correlated with the other symptoms.
Ironically, when I had both, pain and ED, I used to say I d live with the pain, but I want to get rid of this ED , the opposite happened.
For newbies, most of the things that are stressed on this forum are key to your recovery. If you are lucky enough things will start to fade out, as soon as you start taking care of yourself, walk , walk, walk, run, relax, don't let anything make you panic, especially not the pain. And once you realize it is short lived, it will be even more so.
For veterans and everybody else, I know that few of us share this ED problem in addition. This is the thing that is bringing me down and have led me to very dark thoughts over and over again. I really would like to know, what has helped for you to improve any worsening in your sexual/life desire
I have for quite 2 years in a row, a low libido, limp erection, PE, and especially a tremendous loss of sensation on the tip of my penis. I have the feeling like if I have damaged nerves in this area.
Thank you

I feel for your situation. I have not experienced your symptoms, but I can't imagine how that must be.
But, you mention you have trigger points, have you worked to get these worked out, stretching, internal/external massage, relaxation?
As I mentioned I've never had ED problems, thank god, but I do know that the bodybuilding supplements that can help ED problems. There are two: One is NOXplode by BSN, its a vaso dilator, so it helps bring blood to all muscles, the penis included. And a supplement called tribulus terrestris which is a testosterone booster, though I caution you if you have prostate issues. I know when I take these two, the NOXplode will work on its own, my erections are rock hard.
You may have tried this already though. But, as I've stated this is only an observation from someone who doesn't have ED, but knows that these make a normal erection fuller, so I'm only postulating that they would help someone who is not achieving full erection, but can't guarantee that.
Good Luck and hang in there.
