Would someone here get his wife to post her perspective on the whole "Living with a spouse with CPPS" thing. I think it would help my wife. There's not a support group for the wives. For us, it's been very tough.
Thanks!

I don't think it would be a bad idea to have a separate forum dedicated to "spouses or partners of CPPS-patients". I think their perspective is needed, and would also be a place they can share their thoughts, and ask questions of other spouses.
The only issue I can see here is getting men to let their wives on the site. Some men have posted things that may be embarrassing to themselves, and they probably don't want their spouse reading about it.

FYI, the NIH collaborative group, under the lead of Dean Tripp (a psychologist who works with Curtis Nickel) is about to start a multicenter study of the impact of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome on spouses/partners and relationships. A very key area that has not been well studied up to now.

Being Embarrased
I think that the anonymous nature of this site would be fine, especially if wives have their own logins.
