Open Focus
I read through some old posts where people were going to try this technique for relaxation - http://www.openfocus.com - does anyone here use it or have tried it? Is is helpful? I am wondering how it compares to Dr. Wise's paradoxical relaxation, and if it is easier to learn. I'll probably give it a try regardless.

I bought the open focus CD's (pretty expensive) - but they didn't really work for me. I had a little bit of success at the start but gave up after a few weeks.
I'd say it was a harder concept to grasp than Dr. Wise's paradoxical relaxation. I found the open focus ones more 'hard work'.
