Is it fair to assume that there is a large ground swell with women suffering from IC, but men with CPPS, are largely "embarrassed" to discuss the problem?
I mean my god, check out http://www.ichelp.org/ or other sites like it. With that many people working on it, no wonder there are drugs that help it. Where is the love for chronic pelvic pain suffers that are fellas?
