My Smyptoms - Question ?

I have not posted here recently but have done a fair amount of reading on this site , my symptoms are mild compared to some of the members here.
I believe my initial problems stemmed from an STD . I do experience mild pain upon urination that disappears after voiding , weak flow , leakage and also ED , occasional pain after ejaculation and pain before some bowel movements.
Sometimes it just feels like things are out of sync...if that makes any sense !

Like many I have had no success with the urn's I have seen over the years .

Treating Pelvic Muscle tension seems to be a more effective approach to many members here , given my symptoms , I was wondering if I can find a PT in the area, could this help my situation ?
