I sometimes have irritable bowel syndrome, when the pain in my bladder subsides, often the irritation will switch to my colon area. Could someone explain how CP and colon irritation are related. Thanks.

The autonomic nerves of the gut and the prostate seem to have abnormal thresholds in people with CPPS. Most probably these are genetically determined.

Don't overlook food allergy and intolerance. I am finding hydroxyzine (Vistaril) amazingly helpful in this regard, almost a miracle drug! I am eating things recently I haven't been able to eat in years! Wow, I'm a happy camper!
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
