Best supplements for boosting immune system?

Post by scotsman »

I seem to be catching cold after flu after cold these days (down to my 13 month old son's days at nursery). I had glandular fever 16 years ago and was off for a year with that and ever since my immune system has never been that good.

Can anyone recommend what supplements I could take to help boost it?

I'm currently taking 'Vit C with Zinc' and 'Omega 3' capsules daily.

Thanks
Richard.

Echinacea boosts the immune system, although I can't tolerate it. I suggest you take a daily general supplement of high quality, one that contains the RDA for most items and includes B12, potassium, magnesium etc. That's the bare minimum.

Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
