Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a pain free holiday. I have followed the advice on cleaning up my diet somewhat but not completely. I have made major strides though. The last few days I have been very tired. Like fatigue type tired. My sitting pain is tolerable and my urine flow has been ok. Tonight I felt a bit under the weather, like I was fighting something off and I was not emptying completely again. Still some sitting pain but I drove over 2 hours today. My Son has strep throat and a cold so that maybe what I'm fighting off but I have the slightest bit of sensitivity on the tip of my penis. I have tried to void every day so maybe its an aggravation, who knows. I'm just wondering If this is just an infection this time? I have a garlic/onion/cayenne juice tincture coming and that should wipe anything out but how long before I let the uro put me on antibiotics?

Aside from looking at your diet have you looked at any other of the treatments discussed in detail on this forum such as the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol?
With perineum pain it would be worth looking at some stretching and PT.
Richard.
