My main symptoms is that frequency all of the time if I have very little urine I have to go to the bathroom when I walk I feel the pressure on the prostate and its driving me nuts. Did anyone had the symptom and how the hell did he cure it..?

Use the search function to search for "frequency".

My frequency issue were resolved by internal triggerpoint work then by retraining my bladder (holding out longer between visits). The retraining is a key component.

This is an extremely common symptom. At my worst, I was getting up 10-15 times a night. Like Richard, internal and external trigger point work has helped massively - last night I got up twice.

In terms of bladder retraining, I think it is worth trying after your symptoms have improved markedly and you don't have any more trigger points, and even then it is an individual thing. For me, it always caused a big flare up.
This is not Medical advice - Consult your Doctor!

Age:39. Age at onset:31. Symptoms prior to treatment: Golf ball in rectum, severe urinary frequency (2-3x/hr; 5-10x/night); weak stream; painful ejaculation; coccygeal pain; tip of penis pain; general pelvic pain on left; testicular pain; supra-pubic pain. Current | Symptoms: Urinary frequency 1x every 2-3 hrs and 1-2 x a night; mild pelvic pain on left hand side (all symptoms still improving!)
Helped by: Trigger point release; avoiding exercise; pelvic floor relaxation; Neurontin decreased bladder sensitivity somewhat. Worsened by: Exercise; frequent ejaculation; ibuprofen irritates bladder. Made no difference: Diet; biofeedback; quercetin; Steroid anti-inflammatories; Elavil.

****UPDATE*** I am now able to sit again at work all day, and can perform moderate aerobic exersise again for the first time in 8 years!!!

Triggerpoint work is where you apply pressure to painful 'triggerpoints' for a period of 30-60 seconds (or up to a couple minutes in some cases).

Trigger points are tight and tender congested muscle spots filled with toxins and waste. They are hypersensitive parts of the muscle where there is decreased circulation, increased muscle contraction and spasm, and increased nerve sensitivity ranging from sharp pain to dull ache.

Have a read through this page: https://ucpps.men/chronic-prostatitis-is-a-psychoneuromuscular-condition.

I'd recommed you buy 'A Headache in the Pelvis' which has pictures showing where triggerpoints can be found relating to specific symptoms.
