update

Post by latte »

Rhemium inspired me to send the forum an update. I used to read Rhemium's rants on the old Google forum, ahh those days of hell. Well I did the SP and attended about 30 sessions with my PT last year and am doing pretty well. I really don't think about it much day to day. I do sit on a donut to work and drive which helps a lot. When I do have pain I sit in my Jacuzzi and do my stretches and I get better. I don't do the tapes from Dr. Wise everyday but do use them occasionally. All in all, life it good. It does seem to get better over time. I have had this since August 2001 but don't feel crippled by it anymore. Happy New Year to the forum folks, the forum really helped me also.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad you are doing better! If you want to post a more detailed summary of your CPPS, how it started, and your progress, I'll add this to the success stories.
