Calcifications in Prostate

Calcifications in Prostate
Can someone explain what this means? They were found in my prostate ultrasound, but any urologist I talk to tells me this is nothing. My most pain seems to come from the prostate. Do you guys actually feel your prostate when you are urinating or ejaculating? I never felt this organ my entire life and now I know exactly where it is!

I do have a stone ( not a small one) in my prostate too
same thing here, until now they say it shouldn t cause anything
But again wise urologists will generally leave this "possibility" open
I, however, cannot feel the prostate, and do not locate my pain exactly there.. I tend to have similar pain to the guys here.. lately the kind of pain that you might get if you exhausted yourself with sex with non stopping ( but with a weird feeling that you want ity more).. Sort of a congestion feeling too ..
I had a slight hope that nanobacteria will deliver something, but it seems to be "dubious" to say the least
