Books on dietary modifications?

Post by Pelican »

Does anyone know of any good books regarding dietary modifications including information about especially IBS and gluten? It would be really nice with a list of what NOT to eat.
I'm really starting to like this theory and today I looked for books in town but couldnt find any good ones.

Thanks

Bladder irritating foods

Post by roberth »

This may not help you but the study lists several foods that can irritate the bladder. They have made a difference in my pain. Here is the link to the study: http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/ ... 03984/pg_2

check out "Eating for IBS"and "IBS Relief"at amazon.com

I haven't had time to read much in them yet, but the cookbook had a lot of good advice, and is written by a woman with IBS herself. But if you browse around amazon.com you'll find a lot of books on the subject.

hope you find something that help you!
