Does the fact that Atian works in reducing the symptoms by 99% confirm that the symptoms are primarily muscular.
Within a hr of taking 0.5mg of Ativan, the sphincter spasms and pelvic pain disappear and the urge to urinate goes away too.

34 yr consultant, suffering from intermittently past 2 yrs. Tried various prostate supplements, symptoms relieved by ejaculation.

probably is pelvic floor muscle spasm. Have you seen a PT?
