Pain after Stretches and during relaxation

Post by holms »

Hello everyone
I would like to discuss the Pain after Stretches and during deep relaxation
I do the Yoga and all stretches that described in the HAIP book.
I feel pain during the day almost all day long, it go up and down as day goes by, and after I do the stretches I think that my pain increases a little more, I also feel a bit more pain and discomfort, wile I do the relaxation.
Is it normal for this treatment method, and does anyone else get pain increase after the relaxations and exercises?

I also reed on this site that many people experience tightness in the perineum , I personally do not, most of the time I just feel constant soreness, and while I try to relax my body and pelvis, I feel all the time soreness and pain at the tip of the penis.
I would be very pleased if someone would answer my questions. Sorry for my English.
Thank you

your muscles are wound-up so tight that stretching them hurts. You should continue the stretches, and not be afraid of your body.

I often find that stretching now releases tight muscles. AND sometimes, just before the release I could feel the muscle passing through the pain.

Keep doing it.
