According to this article, its been shown to help chronic sinusitis patients, which a high number of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome people have. And quite a few other conditions.

I am currently taking Algonot Plus and 50 mg a day of Hydroxyzine, I wonder if it would be ok to take this too.

I don't like rushing into things, but it's just something to think about.

I take it with algonot and they seem to compliment each other no conflicts I notice in fact it's great because Serrapeptase fills the gaps in the day as I just take Algonot at morning and night.

Look for a good brand and take plenty 1 pill does nothing I take 3 200mg pills at a time. I read one article that said for acute cases 30 is okay to take but that sounds extreme I usually take 3 twice a day maybe 3 times a day if feeling bad.

It does help me with pain but I would only suggest this to those with inflammation like me as that seems to be it's point to replace NSADIS. Yes it clears up sinusitis I have had none from taking this.

This is just as good as Algonot IMO in fact because I can take more of it safely with no side effects at all it may even be better!

I'm not a doctor so see your doctor before starting this supplement! If it doesn't help you don't blame me make your own mind up before using it I am just saying what is helping me!

I have been taking Algonot for about 5 or 6 months now, and I am pretty sure it has helped my IC/CPPS.

I always read these stories online about men and women with IC/CPPS waking up throughout the night to go to the bathroom, and I never wake up. And generally my pain level is manageable, I don't take painkillers.

I am wondering that since Chondroitin is in the same molecular family as Elmiron, if Algonot will continue to work better the longer I take it. I have read various things saying Elmiron starts to work in 6 months, and within a year a person will continue to get better as time goes by.

Since I have only been on Hydroyzine a week, I am going to take this for 3 months and see if it helps.

At that point I might add the Serep. or Aloe Vera tablets.

Inflammation is my belief of why it helps a good comparison is that it's like an NSAID. NSADIS help me, so this does too without the side effects or risk AFAIK from my research. Side effects = 0! The old forum has the exact date of when I started it as I posted on it, maybe 8 months ish.

Not long 3 tubs of it. Yes it's helped, different though more creeps up on you the effects of Algonot for me anyway, the Serep works quickly in my experience like an NSAID does. Keeping Algonot going is essential I find breaking the routine of it ups my symptoms. I'm hoping they don't stop making it!

I have no urinary problems that I would go see a doctor about maybe slow stream when inflammation kicks up but nothing I would see a doc for. Pain on the other hand for me is my only issue I am now getting pain free moments (a week at a time is my record I record my stretches and try hard to beat them) but I busted my ass to get here with the help of some amazing people from this web site - the fight goes on. I use Ultram it's a must for me and a good drug with little side effects apart from constipation but thats manageable with diet and supplements.

YES! My thinking exactly and I am convinced this is how Algonot is going with me problem is I ran out of it stupidly after tub 2 and being in the UK I had to wait for my order to get here. I seemed to have a bump at that moment and had to work back up so I'd say don't stop it mate until your sure you can!

Yes I have some but the few tries I had on it did nothing much really I was also worried about taking it as I was not sure what exactly it would do to me or interfere with my other supplements that are working. No comment on it really.

I just brought the above product, its strength is 400mg, you said yours were 200mg. I brought them from the above website. Did you get the dosage/amount mg right? Just for dosage reasons.

Yes I still take Serrapeptase if this is the supplement you are asking about at 400mg pills theses days. The company I use seems to have doubled the strength of it's stock to 400mg from 200mg per pill. You want to look at the units also my brand is (40,000 units per pill) I must have been using it for about 2 years now or so. There are many brands it is reasonably a wide used supplement from my research. I don't see much scientific research though like on the Algonot, Quercetin, Prelief supplements we are all very aware of. It is not in that league scientifically.

I tend to take a couple day, 1 morning and 1 night of the 400mg pills. Don't take my dosages for guides this really does not have a set dose to it but I doubt it can hurt anyone as I am extremely sensitive to drugs and supplements and this has no side effects which is why I use it over NSADIS. I use it as a natural replacement for NSAIDS. If you have used NSAIDS well in me it works like that kind off with none of the side effects. It will not cure you I use it as management to reduce my pain.

I don't encourage people to do what I do but I don't mind publishing some of the things I do for sharing of information purposes. It's cheap and it has helped me slightly over the last 2 years. Remembering it is one part of my management and a small part at that. Just taking it alone is not going to do you much good IMO, I feel it is about finding your own system through experience and study and adjusting continuously overt time to new research, thinking and debate. Don't get stuck in a system you don't evolve this disease is to fluidic with research. If it works great if not continue evolving your system of management. I have failed many more times than succeeded with supplements and medication!

Long term my pain continues to decrease over all on average but Serrapeptase is such a small part of my system.

Currently I am finding more muscular issues than anything else. Strange how I seem to have moved through the awful suicidal pain phase and moving into less pain but noticeable muscular problems. Confused about how to get help with my muscle problems in the UK so very ad-hoc ways from my own study in dealing with it. I will probably continue to take Serrapeptase though, to be honest my sinus trouble has more or less gone now and I strongly believe this is what has done that for me. I have not had sinus trouble for a long time now.

I buy it here, the brand I use I believe is manufactured in the USA. I don't see it on US web sites though so probably just manufactured there and re-branded in the UK.
