Is this also something that comes with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome or prostate disorders or is it normal?
Everytime I get sexually aroused it starts dripping. I thought pre-cum only should come just before ejaculation and not right away?
Maybe this is also connects to PE and ED, its almost like a speed up of the whole act. Like the prostate somehow just wants to ejaculate as quickly as possible after arousal.
I havent thought about it much before but I just thought that there might be a connection. Anyone who also has problems with this?

This is completely normal. There is a gland(cowpers gland I think its called) that produces o clear transparent fluid when one gets sexually excited. I't the body's own "lubricant" . nothing to worry about
