Sore butt after urination - weird!

Does anyone else have this chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptom: during and after urination my rectum gets sore. I know that pain in the rectum is quite common but I wonder if it is common to have urination be the cause of that pain. When I urinate I get the classic fullness feeling in my rectum followed sometimes by pain. Do other people suffer from this? Between this and the stinging at the tip of my penis post-urination, going to the bathroom has become a nightmare!

sorta - I would not say sore but at the end of a full bladder urination, first thing in the morning as an example, I often get 'prickling' sensations just infront of the cocyxx - Just think its something to do with bladder shrinking and allowing muscles to move quickly... or something
