Has anyone got any info on Melatonin?
I am reading up on the anti-inflammatory effects of it on PubMed but as it's on the main site maybe someone has personal experience of it?
I'll share my findings if I come upon anything I think should be shared.

Re: Melatonin
I have been using Melatonin for years as a sleep aid, not for my CP/CPP symtoms. As I have changed my diet and vitamin supplements since I developed these symptoms I have not changed my taking of Melatonin since it has anti-inflammatory and I figured it wouldn't hurt.Mike wrote:Has anyone got any info on Melatonin?

As I have aged I found my sleep to be less deep as when I was younger(I am 51yo). With Melatonin taken shortly before going to sleep I get a much deeper sleep. Occasionally I do forget to take it and in the AM I am aware that I didn't sleep as soundly as usual when I do take the Melatonin.
