can claritin help post sex discomfort?

i have made big leaps foward with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome since the onset 2 years ago.. but the discomfort after sex is really getting me down. I mean I allready feel a little desensatized during sex and my orgasms are no were near were they used to be before chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome but I can cope with that.... but the damb irritation I feel in my urethra after sex and mild ball pain is really making it hard for me to get close to somone and worse they think I'm being mean cause of them but its not them its me I feel yucky.

Antihistamines can help alleviate some chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome sufferers' symptoms. I would recommend Zyrtec over Claritin though.
