The Death of Our Forum?

It has been brought to my attention by Mark that this website is severely underfunded. The cost of running https://ucpps.men and its forum is quite high in terms of Mark's time and energy, and Mark, who is *very* modest, puts many hours of work per week into this site. Mark and I certainly have our disagreements (understatement), but one thing we agree on is the importance of keeping this forum alive. Would you like to show your appreciation for his hard work?

The Google ads and other small sources of revenue only generate a *tiny* amount of money. This forum is really dependent on donations from its members. As you can see from the "Donation Thank Yous" thread, the donations have stopped coming in. Let me make something crystal clear: The moderators of this site make absolutely nothing. We donate our time and energy to this forum, because we believe it is a good cause. As administrator, webmaster, and founder of this site, Mark is earning virtually nothing for the tremendous contribution he has made to our cause, and he no longer suffers from symptoms of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome as many of us do. What he is doing is charity work, folks. Honestly, if I were in his shoes, I would shut down this site today, as unpleasant as that sounds. There are so many headaches involved with running this site (e.g., complaints, legal threats, virus attacks, technical problems) that I could never put up with what he does. Make a donation to this site, and make it a generous one. Mark may be forced to shut down this site in the near future due to lack of funding. Please keep this forum alive!

Think about it, guys. How much money has this wretched illness cost you? Try to add up the cost of all the failed treatments and unproductive doctor visits you've paid for in an attempt to rid yourself of this curse? Then ask yourself if this site has helped you in any way. Have you benefited from others' advice/wisdom? Have you been comforted by other sufferers on this site? Do you appreciate Mark's hard work?
