well I have a few questions? but first I want to talk to someone my age or around it live so please I'm me on aol nycdezzel23. I have been going to this forum for a year now but I have never taked to anyone else live who had chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome and I know I can help people by sharing my experences and vice versea. so plz contact me and put me on your buddylist.
Ok, I can say I have seen a big improvment on my symptoms since 2 years ago but I have a long ways to go. I have signifently reduced my teste pain thew streaching (noticed I said reduced not cured.) I have all but cured my burning durnig urination by drinking only water(tang) and milk. my orgasms are getting stronger, I have no more burning during ajactulation but there is still a mild discomfort there. I would say my worst symptom is this damb yucky/mildburn in my urethra mostly at the tip and base and peranelim. it dissapears for days/weeks somtimes, but always returns and stays for days/weeks also. and my second worst symptoms are the hip/lower back/grown inner thigh pain. I have prosta protek but I feel when I take em for extended periods my back pain is worse. go figure. I am thinking about tacking saw pallmetto but I have heard it makes you grow tits. no lie tits, is this true?

My tip burning was helped by abdominal trigger point work. Do you do much work there?

My abdominal work has all been external with my Theracane. There's not much in AHIP on it.
