Most of my bathroom visits consists of a 90-110 ml which for many doctors is ver ylittle for my age.
Even Dr Anderson was surprised, and although he knew I had chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome he tough maybe it's a kind of habit that my bladder got used to. It wasn t the first time I hear this theory and which is possibly true.
Did any of you guys tried this practice, i.e. holding it just a bit more ?
I am thinking this might generate more pain, but this is "theoretically"...
It is not to beat the frequency only, but I am looking for the effect it might have on the pain level in general
Beating the Frequency ?

I resolved most of my frequency problems by retraining my bladder. Try holding on just that little bit longer and then increase that interval over the next few weeks. Can be tough to stick it out but it's amazing how quickly your bladder can relearn.
