Looking Back at another Year of Success

Post by EJango87 »

Just looking back at this forum brings back so many memories...

I remember when I was crying in pain that would not go away. I felt helpless and scared and even was considering surgery.

But when I found this forum it was a Godsend. I have been symptom free for about 1 and a half years, and my life is totally back.

The answer to my problems?

It was MUSCULAR BABYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a physical therapist who did pelvic pain massage and helped me with my affliction -- I did relaxation exercises and sat on specialized cushions. I do have some hemmorohdial symptoms but thats about it!!! I'm living a happy, healthy life now and I'm OK!

Thats the trick, this was a pelvic muscle thing, me clenching my pelvis too tightly... I couldnt believe it.

You dont know how beautiful it is to have your life back. Chronic pain was hellish....
I've come back to use this information to help others and reminisce with my experience here. I wish you all the luck in the world --- btw, do not engage in surgery!!!! dont do it!!!

also, pick up "A Headache in the Pelvis" for reading --- its a good book and it will help you.
