Is it Prostatitis, UTI?...Whatever it is, it won't go away.

3 months now of this.
Started out with slight discharge and frequency, no pain really, more of a general dicomfort.
Tested Negative for STD...took dose of Zithromax which did not cure me.
Went to urologist...tested negative again for STD.
Took Doxicyclene for 20 out of 22 days...which healed me for 4 weeks and then it returned.
Now, went to different urologist, had prostate checked-all clear, noted high white blood cells in urine, prescribed one month of Levaquin.
For the first week I felt good, now...even while on 750mgs of Levaquin daily, I feel symptoms returning.
What is wrong with me?
What tests are needed next? Help!!!! :?:

Go to the front page of https://ucpps.men and read the "New To This Site" section. If any of it applies to you, perhaps you'll find some answers there.

This site is for people that have abacterial chronic pelvic pain, often times termed non-bacterial prostatitis. I can't say if that is what you have since you don't really describe any symptoms at all, but if you do, then read through this site thoroughly to see how much of it applies to you.
