Any answers greatly appreciated
Is weak ejaculation a known symptom of prostatitis?
If it can be caused by muscles, is there anything else that can help apart from A good PT?
I've got it stuck in my head that it could be a stricture, but have been told thAT if you have a stricture your urine flow will always be stop starting....is this the case?
Read in AHP that the best thing u can do is rest your pelvic floor...I have taken time of work and am wondering whether to stretch go for a 20 minute jog, or long walk.....stretch......go for a bath.....stretch......paradoxial relaxation. Or avoid jogging all together.
What sort of routine of the people that for the most part have recovered take, I guess is what I am asking.
Regards to u all

If your symptoms are caused by CPPS, then yes, muscle constriction can cause weak ejaculation. I think someone posted that very same symptom the other day (read through the recent posts and you'll probably find it). The constriction can cause a lot of symptoms, such as weak urine flow and painful urination. So a weak ejaculation is not out of the realm of possibility.
Having a PT help with trigger point release is highly recommended (to at least do an initial diagnosis of the state of your pelvic floor). There ARE other things you can do, such as stretching and some relaxation, but in my opinion they won't work without the PT as well (at least until the trigger points have been eliminated and the muscles stretched).
I doubt you have a stricture, but it's worth getting evaluated for.
Jogging is fine, but be careful you aren't inflaming your muscles. I only do steady paced walking now, so as to not aggravate any trigger points. This is a case by case basis, however.

This is NOT medical advice. I am NOT a doctor.

trigger points
Thanks for the reply
I went to see Dr.Wise and Mr Sawyer and have been following the protocol as much as humanly possible, I am just worried that I may have something else wrong apart from muscles which is always playing on my head, I am trying my very hardest to commit but it is hard
I know ever one is different, how long has it taken people to get rid of trigger points. I can always push on trigger points on my stomach and have done for about 4 months now.
