OK, last night an old girlfriend came round and we had sex. It was nice but I didn't feel much and, though I had a good erection, there was no ejaculation. This morning I was really sore and there was pain on urination. But I felt I needed to ejaculate so I made that happen. During the afternoon I urinated and notice a bloody tadpole-shaped blob of blood in the toilet and quite a lot of blood in my pants. It was pretty scary.
What the hell is going on?! Should I see a doctor?
Please help if you have any suggestions.

Sorry I can't comment on what the cause might have been but I'd certainly go and see your GP asap, and if it happens again I'd go into A&E (just because you'll be seen right away).

Thanks. The doctor thinks it's a urinary infection or continuing infection in my prostate aggravated by the physical trauma of having sex. How depressing!
