How long till frequency/urgency improves with Stanford P.?

Post by MBey »

Hey all,

I'm wondering how long does it usually take till the symptoms of frequency and urgengy get better when applying the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol seriously?

Thanks!

For me most of the frequency feelings went away after one specific PT session - where we must have triggerpointed the specific muscle/area that was causing the problems for me. Everyone will be different unfortunately.

I also then had to retrain my bladder, i.e. going longer between toliet trips. I'm now pretty much back to normal on the frequency front.
