I have had this burning I get in my urethra after using the bathroom for a very long time now, but not every time. It comes on After urinating or right at the end I get a weird feeling and know its coming. But Today when I was finishing urinating I felt this weird feeling like the muscle clamps off even though I'm still able to urinate and the burning started. Is there something that can be going on that at the end could spasm forcing urine elsewhere and thats causing the burning. I tried to forcefully relax and not pannic and increase the burning and urinated a little more. It burned but not as bad. I know I have a muscle problem and I hope thats whats causing this. Along with my PT sessions a friend told me of a really good massage therapist that I am going to see Tomarrow and see if he can help at all. Anyone understand or could explain this weird feeling then burning I get.
Thank You
I noticed something about my burning Today.

I don't know what's causing your burning, but according to the https://ucpps.men home page, there are a few muscles whose job it is to contract right at the end of urination to get out the last bit of urine from the bladder. It's possible that THOSE are the muscles that you felt spasming. When those muscles have problems, you get dribbly streams, and other problems. Read the home page info and see if that gives you a place to start. Probably just one more set of muscles you need to work on.
