Your actually supposed to insert this thing and it "automatically" does the massage while you sit. According to the site, it works off the action of your sphicter muscles and just moving about while your sitting. It also work the perineum. I laughed when I first saw it but then I sit a lot so maybe it would'nt hurt an old man to "ride the pole" a time or two...LOLtheman wrote:It looks like a fishing lure.
