Awful pain need advice

Just so that you know I have been to my primary and uralogist. Over a month ago I was climbing a ladder and had to get into my second story window (long story). Well I had a wicked sharp shooting pain like glass getting pulled through my anis to the head of my penis it was awful. Then I kinda ignored it for a while. The pain got worse and worse. I went to my primary care and she checked me I thought it was my prostate. She told me I was way to young for prostate problems and wasn't going to check it but I made her after she checked for clamydia. She said I had prostitus. Std test came up negative.
I took cypro for 10 days got thrush. Then dyflocan for 5 days. Also steroids but I couldnt' handle steroids because I had wicked mood swings. Well the pain got worse. My left testicle is hanging real low and I have what they call a bag of worms there. Feels like my insides are comingout. The vein swells up to around one inch at times. My genital area feels swollen and I have a numbing feeling there. I also have a hard time peeing and when I have to have an orgasm sometimes I have to litterly pull it out. Also feels like the walls are closing in on my penis like when I pee they are forced open when I pee and then I feel pain. Worse in the morning.
I got sick of all the problems and went to the uroligist and she pulled the same thing with me. The only other thing I got out of her was that my walls are weak. But she said it wasn't weak enough and to ignore all the viens and the pain. I forgot to add this earlier. Both urine tests came up with no infections. She did say something grew showing a problem with my urine a few days later. She didn't know what was up. The pain is excrusating when I stand for a bit. I have to make sure I have lots of support but the I still have lots of pain running from the left side of my belly down to my left testicle. I was told I had to wait six weeks to see the other urolagist for my check up.
Here is my medical history. I have lyme disease 20+ years, Fybromyalgia, 2 chest tubes, a tumor in my appendix, I have no feeling in my hands feet or face, Lyme disease has destroyed me mentally and physically. I was diagnosed as possible having candida but no tests were run they are afraid of testing me. I'm so sick of that. They didn't want to retest me for lyme disease because they were afraid of the results. I can't find a decent doctor anywhere that will take medicare. They want cash. Anyone have any ideas what this problem could be

It has to do with any activity. Most relief is laying down. But I still have pain so I put a heating pad on my groins. And its constant now. Non stop I don't get a break I take pain meds to sleep.

Please see my post on Success story for what I feel strongly on what you should do. The hanging nut and bag of worms is due to a varicocele that you have It is weighing your testicle down. Try wearing a scrotal supporter to stop your nuts from hanging and I"ll bet you feel better.
