Urethral pain and irritation

Hi ,I've had prostatitus symptoms over the last 8months which started as testicular pain then perineum and prostate pain .I've been on all the antibiotocs cypro etc and been diagnosed non Bacterial prostatitus after a cysto and prostate massage gave negative results ( apart from small amount of neg coagulase staph ).I also have penile pain /irritation in the urethra (towards the end) when I have an errection and other times ,could this be due to the cysto I had done (which was a few months ago and it did bleed a bit),as I didn't seem to have this pain before or is it just another new symptom that this horrble condition advances to ?.
I've just started to see Physio Bill Taylor thanks to Scotsman and the help from this forum .

I don't know about the cystoscopy making you worse, but my pains tend go back and forth. The penile pain at the tip is a classic symptom. It was one of the first symptoms I had 10 months ago. It waxed and waned as is usually the case. Even this pain varies between a buring type feeling and the feeling that I've had multiple orgasms within too close a time period. A couple of months ago, anal/rectal pain after sitting was the worst symptom. I could sit for more than 20 minutes at a time with getting that annoying feeling. Made life at work very hard. This lasted about a month. Now I can sit for extended periods of time with no problem, but the penile pain is back, although it does not bother me as mush as before.

I wonder if this is consistant with pelvic myoneuropathy.

Its not burning that I get , just pain ,thats why I thought it was to do with the cystoscopy,just weird that I didn't have it before .I'm having treatment with a PT treating some internal and external trigger points so I hope this helps .
