Berger's study

Post by bti20 »

Is anybody on this forum in contact with Professor Berger, and, if so, would they be able to find out if he has the results to his experiments with injecting Botox into the bulbospongiosus muscle? I am really keen to find out the results to this study; I have tried emailing JD but have no reply (he seems to have a position at Harvard now, by the way). I tried to email one of Berger's associates but have had no reply. I would like to discuss this with a neuro-urologist whom I am seeing soon but obvoiusly there's no point harping on about Botox if the results turned out to be unfavourable. Hope someone can help.

P.S see this link if you want to know why I'm so interested in the bulbospongiosus muscle:

This doesnt answer your question, but I seen a pain specialist and she did an injection into this muscle with maybe lidocane or something. It wasn't Botox, but she was having trouble getting the needle through my back (I'm not even sure if they really got to it, but the only thing I got out of it was a lot of back pain afterwards and a bill sent to my house for three thousand dollars. But like I said , I have no idea if they were even able to hit the right spot. Of course they said they did.
