Hi
After finishing AHIP I am starting out with their stretches - My symtoms are pretty much just pain and it started in the groin.
I have found that doing the groin stretches makes my pain worse the following day. I'm sticking with it as I guess if things are tight pain can come with stretching.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this type of pattern and if so how long before the increased levels of pain subside?
I'm also thinking about starting swimming regularly as I hope an increased of fittness will help me relax a bit more. Has anyone else tried swimming and if so what results have they gained?
thanks

Increases in pain and/or urinary symptoms are pretty common following PT/stretches. In fact, in my case, the worse I felt afterwards the bigger progress I made.
For me, the increase could last anything from 6 hours to 4/5 days.
Doing some exercise is good but try it in moderation. For some exercise can cause flare ups. It's all about finding the right limit/amount for yourself.
